Here's a recap of last year...
The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island hosted the annual culinary competition, Thursday, September 8, featuring the best restaurants of Amelia Island. Patrons judged each course, picking one favorite dish from the two served. Ballots were collected and tabulated, with an invited panel of judges serving as the final arbiter in the event of a tie.
Dinners were treated to a three-course meal, the theme of the evening's dishes being Coastal Treasures. Desserts for the night were prepared by the talented chefs of The Ritz-Carlton.
The luxurious dining experience benefited Barnabas, a local charity whose mission is to provide assistance to individuals and families in crisis throughout Nassau County. They address critical issues, such as hunger, affordable health care, and prevention of homelessness.
